Little Thermae in the Archaeological Park of Baia

This area is characterized by a particular place, a "laconicum" (room for the perspiration of the body), realized with a "suspensurae" floor (pillars of terra cotta which supported a second lifted and movable floor) which allowed the exhalations of hot steams from the ground and in a uniform way.
